Battle #4 co-winner One Day is among four more Sun Valley Jams bands with performances scheduled this weekend.
One Day will travel to Bowling Green, about 100 miles north of Pevely on US 61, to play in the Pike County Payback Festival on Saturday. Nine acts are scheduled for the event, which will begin at 3 p.m.
One Day frontman Josh Herrin will host a benefit concert in Alton, IL, on Aug. 29. Pause for the Cause will raise money to pay medical bills for Herrin's brother Larry Jr. One Day will be joined at Pause for the Cause by The Faded Truth, who also played Battle #4 at SVJ, and several other bands.

Pevely-based Exit 181, who performed in Battle #2 in June, is among a dozen bands set for Phat Phest on Saturday in Lake Ozark to raise money for Official Wonderland Camp.

Battle #1 performer "Threshold" Rock N Roll Band will take the stage at KT's Sports Bar & Nightclub, 407 Sonderen Drive in O'Fallon, at 9 p.m. Friday.
And country trio Lewis Creek, who joined us for Battle #3 in July, will play Saturday at Lake Kinkaid Marina in Murphysboro, IL.
